K. N. King is the author of C Programming:
A Modern Approach and Java Programming: From the Beginning.
He received the Ph.D. in computer science from the University
of California at Berkeley in 1980. He was a faculty member at
Georgia Tech from 1980 to 1987. He joined Georgia
State University in 1987, where he is currently an associate
